On July 06, 2009, the company launched a Level One American Depositary Receipt (ADR) Program. This will enable US investors in Swedish Orphan Biovitrum to trade in a dollar-denominated security.

Please be advice that the trading symbol has changed from BIOVY to SWTUY on May 12, 2010. DR holders need not take any action. Existing DR certificates will assume the new parameters and will not be subject to a mandatory exchange.
